Surface Treatment

– Ready to use, low viscous mineral oil based mould release agent. It provides a smooth, flat surface, free of voice and defects. Can be applied on Metal, Wood, Plastic and fibreglass forms, Pre-cast moulds and plywood, Equipment maintenance – scoots, buckets hoist and paving machines.

Mould release agent refined emulsified mineral oil to be diluted with water. It reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete. Can be applied on Metal, Wood Moulds, Pre-Cast Moulds and plywood.
